Assistant Manager/Sr. Sales Executive—Bison Boards Division
Role & responsibilities:
Dealer/Sub-Dealer identification and appointment:
- Identify and appoint new channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Develop and execute partner business plans.
- Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support.
Sales Enablement / Support:
- Provide product training and sales support to partners.
- Develop and deliver sales tools and materials.
- Share market insights and competitive information.
Sales Planning and Forecasting:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast sales accurately and regularly.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.
Sales Execution:
- Collaborate with partners to generate leads and close deals.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support.
- Resolve partner issues and conflicts.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
