Assistant Manager/Sr. Sales Executive—Bison Boards Division

Role & responsibilities:

Dealer/Sub-Dealer identification and appointment:

  • Identify and appoint new channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support.

Sales Enablement / Support:

  • Provide product training and sales support to partners.
  • Develop and deliver sales tools and materials.
  • Share market insights and competitive information.

Sales Planning and Forecasting:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Forecast sales accurately and regularly.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities.

Sales Execution:

  • Collaborate with partners to generate leads and close deals.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support.
  • Resolve partner issues and conflicts.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
